During the experience, a professional sommelier will guide you through the tasting of four organic wines and extra virgin olive oil, paired with bruschetta, pappa al pomodoro, local cheeses, and Tuscan cured meats. You’ll also visit the cellar and vineyards, learning how the estate’s history, soil, and traditional winemaking methods shape each wine.
