These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made through www.winetastingcasarossa.it.
The wine experiences are provided by:

By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Provider
Wine tastings, winery visits, wine picnics and related wine experiences offered through this website are provided and sold by:
AZIENDA AGRICOLA PODERE LA CASA ROSSA DI CHITI ALESSANDRO
Podere La Casa Rossa is responsible for providing these services and managing customer reservations.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings may be made through the online booking system available on the website.
When the booking process is successfully completed and the customer receives the booking confirmation, the reservation is considered confirmed.
Bookings are not subject to subsequent manual approval unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when booking.
3. Prices
Prices are expressed in euros (€).
Each experience page indicates the applicable price and included services.
Prices may vary according to participant age, selected experience or private/group format.
Optional services not included in the published price will be communicated separately.
4. Payment
No online payment is required when the booking is made, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment for services provided by Podere La Casa Rossa is made directly to the winery on site using the payment methods available at the venue.
The website does not require a payment card as a booking guarantee.
5. Cancellation by the Customer
Unless different conditions are expressly stated during booking, customers may cancel their reservation according to the cancellation conditions communicated on the experience page or during booking.
Where the website indicates free cancellation, cancellation is available under the conditions displayed for the selected experience.
Customers should communicate any cancellation as soon as possible.
6. No-Show
If a customer does not attend a confirmed reservation and has not cancelled it in accordance with the applicable conditions, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
As no payment card is collected as a booking guarantee through the website, no automatic card charge is made by the booking system.
7. Late Arrival
Customers should arrive at the winery at the scheduled time.
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate delays where possible.
A significant delay may result in a shortened experience or, where participation is no longer reasonably possible, loss of the booked service.
8. Changes to Participant Numbers
Requests to change the number of participants are subject to availability.
Any increase should be confirmed in advance where capacity may be affected.
9. Combined Experiences and Independent Partners
Some experiences may combine a wine tasting or winery visit with an additional service supplied by an independent partner, such as truffle hunting.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Podere La Casa Rossa provides and manages the winery and wine-tasting component;
- the independent partner provides and manages its own activity;
- each provider is responsible for the proper performance of its own service;
- payments for partner services may be collected directly by the relevant partner.
Podere La Casa Rossa may coordinate the combined booking but does not itself provide the independent partner’s activity unless expressly stated.
10. Cancellation or Changes to Combined Experiences
Where a booking includes an independent partner activity, changes or cancellations may affect each component differently.
If an independent partner cannot provide its activity, reasonable efforts may be made to arrange an alternative or modify the experience.
Any payment collected directly by an independent partner remains subject to that provider’s applicable conditions.
11. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Customers should communicate food allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when booking or as soon as possible afterwards.
Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requirements communicated in advance.
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, the complete absence of traces of allergens cannot be guaranteed where food is prepared or served.
12. Alcoholic Beverages
Wine is a central component of many experiences offered through the website.
Alcoholic beverages are served only in accordance with applicable Italian law.
Participants under the legal drinking age will not be served alcohol.
Non-alcoholic alternatives may be available where appropriate.
13. Winery, Vineyard and Outdoor Areas
Certain experiences may involve visits to vineyards, cellar areas, gardens or other outdoor parts of the property.
Participants should follow reasonable safety instructions and use appropriate care when moving through agricultural or production areas.
14. Cancellation or Changes by Podere La Casa Rossa
If Podere La Casa Rossa is unable to provide a confirmed wine experience, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
An alternative date/time, equivalent experience or cancellation without charge may be offered.
15. Right of Withdrawal
Wine tastings and related leisure experiences offered through this website are booked for a specific date and time.
Where the statutory requirements are met, the general 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to certain distance contracts does not apply.
The applicable booking and cancellation conditions therefore apply.
16. Personal Data
Personal data are processed according to the website’s Privacy Policy.
Information concerning cookies and similar technologies is available in the Cookie Policy.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
